We offer temp to perm opportunities where clients can place their hardworking candidates into permanent roles. These are normally offered after the candidate’s successful first 12 weeks however some clients do offer permanent contracts before 12 weeks. Temp of the Month

Every month we run a Temp of the Month competition where our clients’ and branches nominate candidates who they feel deserve recognition for their dedication to the role. Each nominee receives a box of chocolates for being nominated and is put forward with a nomination statement. Our Facebook followers vote for their favourite and the winner gets a £50 voucher! 24/7 Contact Service

We have a 24/7 contact service where you can call us any time, day or night, for emergencies. Our phones divert automatically, so just call our usual office numbers.

 

Staff Surgeries

Our consultants conduct ‘Staff Surgeries’ on-site for private and confidential chats with our candidates. These surgeries allow workers to voice any concerns or queries they have in the workplace or personal life to ensure your mental and physical wellbeing is ok. All communication is in confidence.

 

Live Chat

Did you know we have a live chat on our website? You can message us Monday to Friday between 8am-5pm to receive an instant reply from our team, look out for the green online button in the bottom right corner of your screen. Our live chat is available on desktop and mobile so you can chat to us wherever you are! We also use the live chat to hold Online Open Days where you can speak 1-2-1 with one of our consultants about their current vacancies & registering with us, look out for our Online Open Day announcements on our Facebook Page. The chat is live between 8am – 5pm but if you have a query outside of those hours or on the weekend you can send us an offline message and we will respond when we are back in the office.

We have a branch network across the Midlands & South Yorkshire with branches located in Barnsley, Burton, Chesterfield, Long Eaton, Mansfield, Ripley, Rotherham & Worksop. This enables us to help you find employment in your neighbouring areas if there is limited work available in your local area.

On Site Check Ins

Our consultants conduct on-site check ins on a regular basis to ensure that there aren’t any issues in the workplace and to check you are enjoying your work.

 

Induction Assistance

We provide assistance with your inductions to make sure you are inducted properly, making sure you at completely set up to begin your role and minimising risk of accidents in the workplace.

 

Job Shadowing

Our consultants conduct job shadowing, where they will visit the site and perform the job role. This ensures they understand the role and environment they are recruiting for, in turn, enabling us describe the role accurately to candidates, so you know exactly what to expect when being placed into the role.

Gifting Hardworking Temps

Over the years our branches have done various things to say thank you to our candidates. In the past this has included gifting a candidate with new trainers, providing lunch on-site or hiring food/ice cream trucks, gifting boxes of chocolates, Easter eggs, gift vouchers & more. Weekly Pay

Our candidates are paid every week on a Friday and payslips are sent directly to your bank account.
