Since 2006 we’ve aimed for something different. There are almost 40,000 Recruitment Agencies in the UK, but none are quite like us!

No experience? No problem. We look for personalities and potential rather than qualifications or experience.

We offer extensive training, lasting way beyond your probation period. We will teach you everything we know through our “Essential Academy”, formulated with modules to cover almost everything you’ll encounter in the Recruitment world. (As you’ll find out, when you’re working with people, you learn to expect the unexpected!)

Mental Health Week

During Mental Health Awareness week we run awareness campaigns, setting up activities around learning and sharing information. We think it’s super important to prioritise wellbeing and are always looking for more ways to support our employees!

Social Events

From sailing to the Crystal Maze, we’ve done it all! Every year we get together for a social event where we can catch up with colleagues from other branches, let our hair down and have some fun. Work hard, play hard!

Birthdays & Anniversaries

Birthdays are special, and we insist you take the day off! (Unless you come in for the inevitable cake and attention)
You’ll be paid as normal and it won’t be taken from your holiday allowance. Woohoo!

Bonus schemes

Love to graft? We respect that. We offer FIVE bonus schemes for you to get your mitts on;
1. Branch Bonus 
10% of the net profit for your branch is split between eligible team members
2.New Business Incentive
Gain a new contract? As a well done, you’ll get 10% of the gross margin generated in the first 6months. This is uncapped and can be extremely rewarding!
3. Perm bonus
Place a permanent member of staff with a client? Your bonus is 20% of the fee we charge them.
4. On-call Bonus
We offer 24/7 support to our clients, so our consultants take it in turns to take care of the branch mobile. You’ll get £50 for each week you do this!
5. Profit share
As an Employee Owned company, the profit our business makes is shared between all staff with over 1 year’s service.


Friday is basically the weekend, so we act like it! We pay 50p per week to dress down on Fridays (and this 100% goes to charity), plus most branches will order breakfast in the morning.
