Hi, I’m Grace! I first started in recruitment in 2014 with Essential, previously I have worked in catering and event management. I started as the Branch Administrator and worked up to Senior Recruitment Consultant.
I have recently returned from maternity into a new role in the Essential Professional Recruitment department. During my time I have learned to manage both small and large clients alike. Offering a bespoke service to said clients is so interesting and the development of teams and relationships really drives me.

From joining Essential during 2021, I have introduced a new wave of design work. Not only have I brought in my own style of colourful illustrations and exciting animation, I am also in charge of heading up any film work for both clients and here at Essential.
The main sectors I work in are Industrial and Commercial for both temporary and permanent staff and I love the challenges these areas bring – it really doesn’t matter if it’s a small company looking for just one member of staff or a new set up requiring multiple positions – every client is important.
