Where do you recruit?
Although we’re based in Derbyshire, we recruit nationwide. We’ve successfully filled permanent roles across the UK – from Scotland to London.
We take the time to understand your business properly. We’ll arrange a detailed call to:
- Discuss the role and responsibilities
- Understand your ideal candidate profile
- Get a feel for your company culture and team
This allows us to deliver candidates who are not just qualified, but the right long-term fit.
How are your fees structured?
Our fee is calculated as a percentage of the candidate’s annual salary. This is agreed based on:
- Skill level required
- Experience level
- Market demand and competition
You also have flexible payment options. You can choose to pay upfront, or split the cost over a period of up to 3 months.
Please note: Splitting the fee removes the rebate period. However, if the candidate leaves, any remaining balance will be cleared.
How do you proactively source the right candidates?
We take a proactive, multi-channel approach to sourcing talent. This includes:
