1. Job Shadowing
Our Consultants conduct job shadows of the roles we’re recruiting for, where they will visit the company and perform the job role first hand.
This ensures we understand the role and environment we are placing you in to and can describe the role accurately to you, so you know exactly what to expect when being placed into the role.
2. New Starter Check Ins
We will be onsite to check you in on your first day. We will also make contact mid way through and after your shift to ensure you are settling in as expected.
3. Onsite Check Ins
Our Consultants conduct on-site check ins on a regular basis to ensure that there aren’t any issues in the workplace and to check you are enjoying your work.
4. Health & Safety Awareness
We ensure our candidates have been properly trained on health and safety and will ask you to sign documentation to confirm you have understood your training.
5. Induction Assistance
Our Consultants assist with your induction, making sure you are completely set up to begin your role and minimising risk of accidents in the workplace. They will cover topics such as:
- Company history/information
- Job details and description
- Conduct on assignment
- Recording of hours
- Accident reporting procedure
- Fire procedure
- Health and Safety
- Company rules
- Manual handling procedure
6. 24/7 Call Out Service
We operate a 24/7 call out service that is available 365 days of the year to ensure we are available for any emergencies any time, day or night. This service provides you with assistance for urgent issues outside of our 8am-5pm working hours. Our phones divert automatically, so just call our usual office numbers.
7. Staff Surgeries
We hold ‘Staff Surgeries’ onsite to speak with you privately and confidentially about any queries or problems arising that may be affecting you in the workplace or personal life. All communication is in confidence.
8. Temp of the Month Competition
To show our appreciation to our hardworking candidates, every month we run a Temp of the Month competition where our clients’ and branches nominate candidates who they feel deserve recognition for their dedication to the role. Each nominee receives a box of chocolates for being nominated and is put forward with a nomination statement. 9. Permanent Contracts
If we have placed you into a company where you are really enjoying the role and the company would like to offer you a permanent contract we are more than happy for you to accept a permanent contract with the company. In the first 3 months of 2022 we’ve had 154 of our candidates become permanent members of staff at their placements!
