Just to name a few things!

You know that no two days in recruitment are the same, but you can expect to be… 

• Screening candidates
• Interviewing candidates
• Utilising social media to advertise roles
• Liaising with clients and building successful working relationships, along with providing excellent customer service
• Growing our existing client base, by upselling, and business development to other local companies
• Completing regular review meetings with clients along with onsite
• Completing check-ins where required
• Taking our on-call service on a rota basis
• Motivating the team and driving growth within the branch
• Managing the team when the Branch Manager is away from the office
• Supporting the Branch Manager with day to day operations

Hours: 8am-5pm Monday to Friday, however due to the nature of recruitment, some flexibility is required! You will also be taking our on-call phone home with you on a rota basis.

Pay:

• £24,000 – £30,000 per year (Negotiable on Experience)
• In addition to salary, currently our consultants are earning between £5,000 – £10,000 per year in bonus – however this is uncapped, so what you earn is up to you!

Requirements:

• Good experience within recruitment
• Any experience of leading or managing a team is desirable but not essential
• A driving license / your own vehicle
