Recruitment Branch Manager, Ilkeston

Due to a great period of growth and restructure, our Ilkeston office is expanding and looking for a Branch Manager to join the team.

We are interested in speaking with Senior Consultants who are seeking the next step in their career or experienced Branch Managers who are interested in a new opportunity during this exciting period of growth within Essential!

You know that no two days in recruitment are the same, but you can expect to be… 

• Screening and interviewing candidates
• Liaising with clients and building successful working relationships, along with providing excellent customer service
• Growing our existing client base, by upselling, and business development to other local companies
• Completing regular review meetings with clients along with onsite
• Completing check-ins where required
• Taking our on-call service on a rota basis
• Managing the team and motivating the team to drive growth within the branch

Hours:

• Our core working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, however due to the nature of recruitment, some flexibility is required! You will also be taking our on-call phone home with you on a rota basis.

Pay:

• Salary is negotiable on experience
• In addition to salary, our consultants are currently earning between £5,000 – £10,000 per year in bonus – however this is uncapped, so what you earn is up to you!

Requirements:

• A solid recruitment background
• Experience of leading or managing a team
• Proven success of growing a client base
• A driving licence and your own vehicle
