Production Operative, Retford

We are currently seeking a dedicated Production Operative to join our team in Retford, DN22.

This position involves assembling and building products for a specific industry.

Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• Days and afters rotating
• Moving to Days, Nights, Afters with increasing demand

Pay rate:

• £14.12 per hour – Days and Afters
• £14.83 per hour – Days / Nights / Afters

Duties:

• Read drawings and measure different seals to a specification tolerance
• Trimming and bonding seals, with a good amount of paperwork involved

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential
• Ability to be creative using scalpels and scissors is an advantage
• Good knowledge of maths and good written skills as well as basic computer skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
• Must be reliable and punctual
