Experienced Mild Steel Welder Fabricator
We are currently looking for a number of MIG Welders to join our client in the Barnsley area. You will be working with a friendly, fast growing business that specialise in abrasion resistant solutions.
Benefits;
- Monday to Friday 7;30am – 3;30pm (early finish on a Friday of 2:30pm)
- £14.35 + per hour (depending on experience)
- Temp to Perm position
- Guaranteed full time hours
Duties include;
- Measure, cut, shape and bending of products
- Assembling of steel structures and components
- Use of MIG welding to join steel components together
- Reading from assembly drawings, single part drawings and various other designs
- Quality checking of all products to ensure fixtures and components meet quality standards
- Various other duties when required
Requirements;
- 2+ years’ experience in MIG welding is essential.
- Experience within fabrication would be required
- Ability to work towards a high standard while meeting production targets.
- Excellent eye for detail
