Candidate: Conor Antcliffe”I would like to put forward Conor Antcliff for Temp of the Month.

This is because since Conor has joined us at Manthorpe, he has been a joy to work with. He is kind and helpful to all staff members. He is friendly and always tries to go the extra mile. He is conscientious in his work and always gives 110%. His housekeeping is to a great standard and whenever he has a spare two minutes he always has a brush in his hand or is off helping other operators out on their jobs. Conor’s work ethic is second to none!!

Conor is enthusiastic and very eager to learn and develop his skills. He has taken everything on board and applies it to the job at hand. He listens well to instructions and is a fast learner.

Conor always arrives at work in suitable attire and in plenty of time before his shift starts and always with a smile . He has also not had any absenteeism.

He is a fantastic young man and I feel he should be commended for all his hard work so far.

Thank you for considering Conor for Temp of the Month. ” – Mark Fessey, Production Manager (also pictured)
