As you may have heard, Essential Recruitment recently became 100% Employee Owned! 

To communicate this to all of our staff, we held an event at the Casa Hotel in Chesterfield where all of our Directors explained how everything would work, gave them more information about what this means for the business, and how it will benefit them.

To re-inforce this message, we also invited two special guests from companies that have already made the switch to Employee Ownership; Michael Hodgson from Glide (Trust Company for Gripple), and Tim Newton from Zircom.

They gave us some great stories from their own companies, which were both inspiring and intriguing. We were so grateful for their input that we wanted to compensate them for their time. Being gracious they declined, so we insisted on a donation to a charity of their choice instead.

It was a pleasure to donate to both Weston Park Cancer Charity (for Gripple) and The Wirral Foodbank (for Zircom).
