We’ve just donated to Harri’s Christmas Quest 2022 after hearing about it through our friends at Sheffield Flooring Solutions.

Harri is a 13 year old boy who has suffered with Congenital heart defects (CHDs) since birth, and therefore knows how it feels to spend Christmas on the Ward.

His experience motivated him to make an annual effort to collect and donate selection boxes and craft items to local hospices and hospitals. He is being supported by the Sheffield Blades, who are also running a Christmas party at the Blades Family Hub in Sheffield, in conjunction with Sheffield United Supporter’s Association and Sheffield United Disabled Supporter’s Association (SUDSA). The party extends it’s invitation to ‘families of all ages’.

Our Recruitment Consultant, Nathan, who organised the donation said “From being in touch with Sheffield Flooring Solutions, we saw Harri’s campaign and had to get involved. He has a heart of gold and just wants to ‘make kids smile’ by giving out presents to children who are spending the festive period in hospital”.

Harri’s empathy and kindness has blown us away at his young age! We are always looking to work with small, local charities and Harri’s campaign touched our hearts – his personal experience shows how much of a difference this will make to the Children that receive the gifts this year.

Our funds are raised by our staff contributing £2 per month to dress down each Friday.
