Have you ever sought help from Citizen’s Advice? If so, you’re not alone.

In 2020-2021, 2.4 million people were helped to find a way forward with one-to-one, impartial advice.

Not only does this service help our community, it saves us money too. The advice delivered in 2020-2021 saved £618 million pounds for government and public services.

We feel it is important to support a service that empowers the public. Big companies have the potential to hold power over consumers, but Citizen’s advice have been supporting society since 1939.

Advice is offered on a wide variety of subjects, including benefits, work, debt & money, consumer, housing, family, law and courts, immigration and health.

We are particularly interested in the support that the Citizen’s Advice can offer to working people, such as help with problems at work, employment tribunals, dealing with grievances and advice over disciplinaries. We know how important it is that everyday people are supported regardless of their knowledge surrounding employment law.

We’re aware of the negative reputation of recruitment agencies that has been propelled by companies with less interest in the welfare of their workers – being different to them was part of the driving force behind our foundations.
