Here’s what they found out after a quick grilling 5 minute interview…
What made you apply for the role at Essential Recruitment?
“I applied to Essential because I was ready to build a career, not just work another job. With no prior experience in recruitment, it felt like a big leap—but thankfully, they saw potential in me and gave me a chance.”
Tell us a bit about your current role. What are your main duties? What are you responsible for?
“I’m still finding my footing in the role, but I’ve started gaining hands-on experience by screening candidates, supporting payroll and holiday processes, and beginning to build relationships with clients.”
Let’s talk about your past work experience. What did you do before joining Essential?
“Before joining Essential, I worked as a dispenser in a busy community pharmacy. I helped process around 30,000 prescriptions each month, ensuring patients received their medications accurately and on time. I collaborated closely with CGL.”
Would you recommend others to join Essential? If so, why? What parts of the job do you enjoy the most?
“I would wholeheartedly recommend Essential. In such a short time, the team has supported me every step of the way and made me feel like part of the family. I’m genuinely excited about what the future holds here.”
Tell us about about your personal life – what do you do for fun?
“In my free time, I love surrounding myself with friends, spending quality time with my mamma, and—most of all—going out for food with my partner!”
