Mental Health Week 2021

Every year we take part in Mental Health Week, providing different activities for our staff to participate in to help relieve stress and improve mental wellbeing.

For Mental Health week we provided free fresh fruit for all of our offices. Eating a couple of portions of fruit every day has been shown to help reduce levels of psychological distress and improve motivation!

This year the theme for Mental Health Week was ‘nature’. We decided to run a nature photo competition and encouraged staff to take an extra half hour break to go out, get some fresh air, take a break from the stress of the office and capture some beautiful pictures on their travels. Spending time in nature has been found to help with mental health problems including anxiety and depression.

Congratulations to our joint winners, Jamie-Leigh from Mansfield, Frankie from Ripley and Natalie from Head Office.

Thank you to all of our runners up who took part, some beautiful pictures were captured by our staff last week!

Also, this was too cute not to share! Our Financial Controller Sarah captured a visitor on her back garden during Mental Health Week.

Turn your volume up to enjoy some satisfying chomp chomp noises!
