We have been working in partnership with Trelleborg Polyurethane Products since 2019, supporting the production department at their Retford site.

As a Production Operative, you would be involved within the whole production process from start to finish:
- Setting up moulds
- Trimming rubber
- Inspecting the finished product
- And so much more
These engineered materials will help to solve challenges involving impact protection, wear resistance, insulation, buoyancy, vibration control and harsh operating conditions.
The products you create will be seen within industries such as marine, offshore energy, defence, rail, manufacturing, mining, construction and industrial processing.

Previous experience in moulding, quality control, or production is advantageous.

This position pays:
£13.46 – £14.74 per hour
Dependent on the shift.
A factory walkaround will available prior to the start date, giving you the opportunity to see the role and environment first hand to decide if it’s right for you.
