Temporary Staffing Solutions

Need an extra pair of hands?

Through Essential Recruitment, you can easily hire great candidates from as little as 1 day or on an ongoing, indefinite basis.

We’ll discuss an appropriate pay rate based on your current employees, or we can research specific market values to find the most competitive rates.

We will then assist with everything from writing the job advert, sourcing the candidates, screening and interviewing, to inducting and aftercare!

Temp to Perm

Temporary to Permanent contracts combine the benefits of both. You’ll get to meet a candidate and have them in a trial period of up to 6 months before taking them on permanently.

This way you’ll be able to assess their suitability to the role, to your team and to your business. You’ll also benefit from the hiring cost being spread over 3-6 months.

It’s win-win for the candidate too, as they can earn a permanent contract after deciding the role is definitely for them.

Whilst the worker remains on a temporary contract with ourselves, we’ll treat them the same as other temporary workers – taking care of everything from payroll to regular communication, showing them appreciation through our Temp of the Month scheme (and ultimately, congratulating them with our Temp to Perm certificate and gift) and addressing any issues you may have.
