Get to know Yasmin:
Yasmin joined our Recruitment Agency in Mansfield in 2024 after previously working for our Worksop office. She was promoted to Chesterfield / Mansfield Branch Manager in 2025. Get to know her more here!

 

My Story:

I joined the company in 2016 as a Recruitment Consultant at our Worksop office. During my time there, I gained valuable experience and developed my skills in recruitment, building strong relationships with both clients and candidates. After several successful years in the role, I was promoted to Senior Consultant in 2023, a recognition of my achievements and growth within the company. In 2024, I made the decision to relocate to our Mansfield branch to take on new challenges and continue contributing to the company’s success in a different office. This move has allowed me to broaden my expertise and adapt to new opportunities, further enhancing my professional development.
 
My Role:

In my current role as a Senior Consultant at the Mansfield branch, I handle a variety of tasks. I focus on business development, working to grow our client base in Mansfield and nearby areas by finding new opportunities, building relationships, and ensuring we provide the best recruitment solutions.

I also recruit and support staff for our existing clients, managing the full recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to interviews and placements. Another important part of my job is training new employees and helping them develop.

My clients:

I currently recruit for companies in the Mansfield area, such as FLT Drivers, Warehouse Operatives, Recycling Operatives, Production Operatives. 

Outside of work, you’ll find me:

Walking in the Peak District with my Partner, and Wilson my Dog.
