My Story:

I originally applied for another role but it had been filled. I then came in to have an chat with the Branch Manager about a Trainee Consultant role, back was in 2013, and the rest is history! Since then I’ve had several promotions to Senior Consultant, Branch Manager, Senior Branch Manager, Operations Manager and most recently on to the Trust Board – a real journey!
 

My Role:

I focus on growing our Doncaster branch, which involves spending a lot of time developing staff and driving sales. I have a positive can-do attitude when motivating the team!
 

Outside of work, you’ll find me:

Busy with my 7 year old who keeps me on my toes 🙂

I’d go back to the past, to be a kid again.
