My Story:
In November 2009, I contacted the founder, Gary Wilson, and embarked on a mission to drive sales across the branch network. 15 years on and the totals sales is now 8 times what it was.
My Role:
Over the years, my role has evolved in to more coaching, guiding, and offering support wherever it’s needed. This journey has given me the privilege of helping to lay a strong foundation for the success of the next generation of recruitment consultants. I am passionate about creating a positive working environment, driving continuous improvement, and championing teamwork.
Nothing brings me greater satisfaction than seeing people who are new to the recruitment industry grow and achieve their personal goals.
Outside of work, you’ll find me:
I love food and wine, listening to music, my wife and I have 3 cats and have spent 8 years patiently renovating our forever home.
