My Story:

I started here in November 2023. I was having a conversation with Sam on LinkedIn regarding what I wanted out of my next role, but then she told me what Essential are all about, so we then met up and 1 month later – I started as a Recruitment Consultant!
 
 

My Role:

My role as a Recruitment Consultant involves recruiting for my current client base, canvassing new sales leads to convert them into clients and growing our Worksop branch with the team!
 
I am responsible for upholding the top relationship with a handful of the longest standing clients with the Worksop branch which I absolutely love. One thing I am good at is just going for it – new sales leads, going to meet someone new or anything like that – I love to put myself out there. The main thing I enjoy about this job is how versatile it is, days are never the same, we always have a curveball thrown in somewhere!
 
My clients:
For the majority of my clients, I’m regularly recruiting for warehouses and factories, production and manufaction, yard operatives etc plus some Admin roles.
 

Outside of work, you’ll find me:

Off-Roading, Watching Banger Racing and booking holidays as much as I can!
 

 

What’s your dream job if money wasn’t a factor?

Running an animal rescue. Any type of animal would be welcome, they are all just cute and treated badly 🙁
