Emily joined our Recruitment Agency in Burton in 2023. Here’s your chance to get to know her more!

My Story:

Before I joined Essential I had a completely different career – I was a hairdresser!
I had been doing this since I left school, but during Covid I decided I wanted a change in career, so here I am!

My Role:

My role involves servicing clients and working with candidates to find them suitable work. As a recruitment consultant I am in charge of running client accounts, processing payroll, keeping processes compliant, interviewing, and reviewing CVs.

I’m very good at servicing clients; I enjoy visiting them and building the relationship so they come back to us My clients:

I look after our contract with Hollannd and Barrett, where I recruit for Production Operatives & FLT Drivers.
I also look after IVC Brunel where we recruit for Manufacturing Operatives.
Other contracts I run mean I recruit heavily for warehouse operatives and recycling operatives, so I have a lot of experience in working with those!
