Dana joined our Recruitment Agency in 2017. Here’s your chance to get to know her more!

My Story:

I started in September 2017 as a temporary administrator after registering with the branch for work. I was offered a permanent role in January 2018 as a consultant in the Chesterfield branch. In April 2022 I was promoted to a Senior Consultant in the Chesterfield branch. Then, in January 2024 I moved to Epro as a Senior Perms Consultant.

My Role:

I work with companies to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and the roles they need to fill. I advise clients on the job market, salary trends, and best practices in hiring permanent staff.

I interview candidates to understand their career aspirations, skills and work preferences. This includes both face-to-face and virtual interviews. I focus on permanent placements, mainly focusing on commercial hires. I would say I am good at building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, and I love that no day is the same, it’s very varied and it keeps me on my toes!

My client base:

I recruit for  lots of different roles, such as Sales, Business Development, Management, Administration, Customer service, Finance for sectors such as banking, Laboratory, Automotive, Food, Construction and Manufacturing.

Outside of work, you’ll find me:

Drink gin or malibu and coke! I love going on holiday (mainly to Turkey) or when I’m in England,  going out for food and trying new restaurants.
