“When the company announced that Essential Recruitment would be providing temps to our business I thought ‘here we go again’. Having worked with several agencies over the years who have promised ‘this and that’ but then not delivered what we asked from them, I guess I was skeptical. However I can honestly say that they have delivered what said they would do in that meeting from the first day through to today.
They told us that they would source the best recruits in the area and ensure that they were up to working in our environment to the skill level that we required. They not only sourced and these people and took them through the selection process but they also came on-site with them on their first starting day to ensure that they arrived and felt at ease when checking in with either myself or my opposite number.
They would communicate at all stages on what was happening when we requested a temp, so that we were aware that they had people lined up or had interviewed potential candidates. They also emailed the names and start dates etc so we knew who and when we were getting them.
Essential go out of their way to ensure we have the right criteria of people and do not just send in anyone just to make up the numbers like we have experienced in the past with other agencies. They have a good understanding of our business needs and understand the demands from our supplier that will affect our working day, and a good knowledge of our job processes so the right person is selected.
Tori has been my main point of contact and has been great to deal with , Always willing to help out when the call is put out that we need a place filling and works tirelessly to ensure we get the place filled, communicating every step of the way. Not only do I get this from Tori but also from the rest of the team at Essential, everyone who I have dealt with has given the same professional touch and goes out of their way to accommodate our needs.
