Word of mouth still most successful referral method for Essential

At Essential, we have always had a very strong local reputation with a large portion of our candidates referred via word of mouth. Mansfield Branch Manager Belinda Henshaw wanted to share the tale of a candidate she met last Friday which proves that our Word of Mouth Marketing is on top form!

“A chap walked into the office today, he is currently working for another agency until Christmas but wanted to pop in to say he would like to work for us in the New Year as he has heard great things about us. He knows people that have worked for our Chesterfield and Worksop branches and they have told him about us. He also remembered a positive encounter with two of our staff members, Billy and Emma, when they spent a promotional morning on Mansfield’s Marketplace. (They approached and interacted with passers-by and were met with a fantastic, positive result).
