Temporary recruitment

After supplying you with the quality and calibre of candidate you’re looking for, we provide the following support for temporary, ongoing and temporary to permanent placements:

1. New starter check ins

We will be onsite to check your new starter in on their first day to provide support. We will also make contact mid way through and after their shift to ensure they are settling in as expected.

2. Onsite Check Ins

We’ll still pop over to your site to check in and have a catch up in person. We’ll also drop by throughout the year to raise awareness of mental health week and anti slavery day.

3. In-house payrol

We process the payroll for the candidates we supply, taking the extra pressure off your own accounts department. Our accounts team will also be monitoring changes from HMRC.

4. Staff surgeries

We can hold ‘Staff Surgeries’ onsite to speak confidentially with candidates to address any queries or problems arising that may affect them in the workplace or personal life.

5. Out of hours call out

We provide a 24/7 call out service, 365 days of the year to ensure we are available for any emergencies or urgent queries. This service provides you with assistance for issues including no shows, walking off site, accidents, change in your demand for services and holiday & sickness cover.

6. Monthly/Weekly compliance audits

We perform regular audits to monitor right to work documentation, FLT verification documentation, young workers, P45’s, visa expiry, 48 hour workers and more. We are members of the ALP which provides us with resources for legal support, in turn enabling us to support you with any compliance issues that may arise. 

7. Face to face service reviews

Every quarter we will arrange a service review to ensure you are happy with our service and we are meeting your expectations.

8. KPI reports

Setting and working to tailored KPI’s to ensure your requirements are continually met. 

9. Marketing

Our marketing team will continue to grow our presence in the areas we recruit, providing us with access to even more local job seekers for when you do require more staff.

10. Market information

We can generate reports to provide you with current market information including average salary, number of available candidates in the market, how many competing employers you are advertising against and much more. We can also runs polls and collect data from local job seekers if you need some feedback on pay, shift patterns etc.

11. Managing candidate holiday requests

We will manage holiday requests from the candidates that we supply to you.

12. Maintaining regular contact

We will still be continually checking in to confirm that all staff have arrived for their shift. We will be quick to provide answers should you be experiencing absences and provide backfills should you require them.

Permanent recruitment

Our professional Recruitment Consultants will use their experience and market knowledge to deliver pairings that last, diving into the background, skills and talent of each applicant to ensure we match the right candidates to you.

 

We have a range of repayment options available so you can choose the payment plan that suits you. You can now split the cost of your hire over a period of up to 3 months, with rebate schemes available too

  • We will maintain contact with successful candidate through their notice period to ensure they are still interested in the position and intend to start the role
  • We will contact your site on the morning of the start date to make sure the candidate has arrived and is settling in well
  • We will be in touch to gain feedback after the candidate’s first day to make sure they are still the right fit for the role
  • We will also contact the candidate after their first day to gain feedback and make sure they has settled into their first day
  • We will continue to manage the candidate through their first few weeks and months to make sure any queries can be answered and expectations of the candidate are managed
  • We have rebate schemes available, so if a candidate was to leave and we have an agreement in place, you can recover a portion of the fee
  • If a candidate was to leave we would start the process again and we can go back through previously shortlisted applicants to find another suitable candidate to fill your vacancy
  • We have built an existing partnership should you be in a position where you require temporary staffing in the future
