Meet Zana, one of the most recent additions to our Burton team!

Zana joined us almost a month ago, and has already dove straight into the deep end by managing our client account, PPS.
This involves checking staff in for their shifts, booking them on to shifts, processing timesheets, KPI reporting and lots more!

Life before Essential:
Prior to joining our Burton office, Zana was a Team Leader at a large retailer’s warehouse for 11 years where she managed around 150 staff members. We asked how she is finding the change in career path: “I wanted to try myself at an absolutely new role, I needed some new challenges! In my new job every day at work is different, the atmosphere is so friendly and warm. I’ve only been here for 3 weeks but I feel like I have been here for a while. I enjoy every part of my job. I think I’m getting on with PPS very well, so the guys in the office can concentrate on their other clients and candidates. I’m a positive, active person so always willing to help!”
