Welcome to the team, Kelly!
Kelly has joined our Worksop team as a Recruitment Consultant, joining our Branch Manager Sam, Consultants Yasmin, Lucy and Leah, and Administrator Lisa – plus our Compliance Manager Lisa who resides in the Worksop office! The team moved into a new office in the Worksop Turbine Business Centre last year, and have since had extra room grow and settle.
We first asked Kelly what made her apply for the role at Essential, to which she replied “The great benefits and opportunity for a career!”. We don’t usually look for experienced candidates when recruiting for our offices as we feel we can train individuals to the highest standard. Prior to her role with us, Kelly worked in bars – so has excellent Customer Service experience!
Kelly has made a great impression and fits into the team with ease. Day to day, she’s responsible for advert writing, filling bookings, communicating with clients, plus pre-screening and interviewing candidates. Kelly prides herself on her teamwork skills, being an excellent communicator and being creative, coming up with lots of different recruitment ideas!
Kelly has been with Essential since the beginning of April. We asked her recently whether she would recommend others to join – she replied “YES! the team are lovely. The job is challenging, demanding and rewarding all at the same time”.

Outside of work Kelly likes going to the gym, shopping and making bath bombs for her side business, Fizzelicious.
