As a Production Operative you will maintain the efficient and safe running of assigned production lines. As part of your role you will ensure that production lines are set up and running procedures are adhered to at all times whilst maintaining excellent product quality, and working together to meet operational Key Performance Indicators.
It’s a varied role, and you’ll be doing a number of different tasks such as weighing, mixing, packing ingredients and finished products, and operating key machinery.
Due to the nature of the role it can be physically demanding. It calls for frequent manual handling of products so it helps if you are reasonably fit.
- Life insurance/Death in service cover. Equals 5 times your salary paid out to those you nominate
- Additional annual leave based on the length of service. Increases at 2 years service, 5 years service then every 5 years. At 25 years service you will receive 43 days annual leave
