Essential Recruitment are excited to announce the opening of their new venture in Sutton in Ashfield, “The Hub”.

The Hub will act as an extension of our Mansfield office, and a new base for the work we do in and around the Sutton area. Here we can interview and induct candidates, hold recruitment open days and meet with our clients.
The decreased size of the local candidate pool has driven the decision to open The Hub, with unemployment rates in Sutton currently at 4.2% – the lowest since 1975. Strategic recruitment methods are required for an agency to thrive in the depleted market.
Managing Director, Marc Orli says “The Hub is a project that we are pleased to invest in. Finding local workers for local businesses in these times of high employment means that we have to be innovative and become part of the community. The fact that we are able to support a worthwhile charity is a great bonus that made the decision even easier”
The office space is rented from Ashfield Play Forum, a registered charity providing support, play days and free resources to local groups and organisations working with children and young people. Our rental agreement enables us to donate over £4,000 PA to this local cause.

“DMW Logistics are delighted to announce our new relationship with Essential Recruitment who we have chosen as our temporary staff supplier for the upcoming 2018 packing season.
The relationship will create up to 120 seasonal jobs in our contract packing department and comes after a successful five-week trial period undertaken between the two parties during April and May.
