A leading industry expert in Polymer solutions are looking to extend their current team with Operatives who will deal with casting polyurethane products. If you have any moulding/quality/production experience this would be advantageous.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding company who are looking to progress the right candidates, the role would start off temporary but after a successful completion of 3 months there will be opportunity to gain a permanent contract.

Duties include:
Working in a factory environment where you will do a mixture of duties to make the overall product:
- ✅ Moulding and sanding the rubber
- ✅ Quality checking, including visual inspection, hardness checks using a small tool and recording of this on the computer by clicking buttons
- ✅ Weighing the product on a scale
- ✅ Trimming rubber using a scalpel
- ✅ Mixing chemicals by hand
- ✅ General housekeeping sweeping and keeping a tidy workspace
- ✅ Heavy lifting
- ✅ Working within other areas of the business doing assembling and other duties
The candidate:
- ✅ Any moulding/quality/ production experience would be advantageous
- ✅ Happy to work in an unclean environment
- ✅ Happy to work in a hot environment
- ✅ Happy to do any task given
- ✅ Wanting to gain a long term job and progress
