Meet Max, the newest member of our Ripley team. Max has been with us for a few weeks now and is having a great time!

“I love talking to people” Max says.  “The office is very busy, there’s always something to do & I work with great team members”

Max previously worked for cleaning product manufacturer, SC Johnson for 4 years as a company trainee, moving between departments to learn different roles.

He applied for the role of Recruitment Consultant “after looking into what Essential do, and my previous experience with the Ripley team members”. “Working closely with candidates and clients looked very attractive” he told us. His role involves “calling candidates to update their profiles, logging holidays for candidates and processing induction sign offs”.

Max believes he brings “an energetic hands on approach and willingness to help with any task” to the team.

When he’s not working, Max spends his spare time “playing computer games and basketball, working out, walking, or going out drinking”
