Candidate Name: Ryan
Branch: J27

Nomination statement:

“I would like to nominate Ryan for the award.
The main reason for my nomination is his exemplary performance. He is a fast learner, always maintains a positive attitude, and is incredibly helpful. Ryan isn’t afraid of a challenge, and he is someone I can always count on.”

Candidate Name: Wayne
Branch: J27

Nomination statement:

“I would like to nominate Wayne for this award. Wayne has been brilliant for us since he came to work for Griffith, yes at first he was like a fish out of water as he had been running his own business for 18 years until deciding to give it up. All the processes and procedures we have can be overwhelming for some, but Wayne took to this bit by bit and has now become a competent and confident operator. His time keeping and a 100% attendance record has played a significant part in us taking him on full time. We are training him now on other assets which he is enjoying the challenge.”
