“Kaii joined Resco Products on the 8th April 2024 as General Operative within our monolithic manufacturing facility where he began working on the raw material loading line; Kaii is very accurate and reliable and after a few days required no direct supervision to carry out this task.
On advice from the Team Leader in that section Kaii has also tried bagging finished goods, this is a highly skilled job, but Kaii was willing to learn and is continuing to develop in this area; allowing suitable time his skill in this area will improve.
In the last week Kaii has also moved into our precast department, which is a completely different process, Kaii’s willingness and ability to learn new skills and procedures quickly is impressive and contributes significantly to the team’s success.”
