Around 1.6million workers will be back on the job market today as Furlough ends. 

Some employers will undoubtedly be letting staff go as they cannot afford to keep them without the support of scheme.

Whilst we are praying that the end the scheme will result in an increased number of jobseekers on the market, we’re also aware that many of the employees who have continued to receive furlough payments may have never considered an industrial role.
