Icon have an excellent training plan, there are several different areas, duties depend on the area but not limited to the below:
- Running various machines
- Feeding product into machines
- Completing paperwork to a high standard
- Moulding rubber to various sizes of moulds
- Looking for defects on the product & quality checking
- Cutting rubber to size & gluing to make the required product

If you have any similar experience in production or assembly, this would be highly desirable, however as long as you have good eyesight for inspection purposes and a great work ethic – we’d love to hear from you!
