During the 10 years of operation, the agency has opened 9 branches throughout the Midlands and Yorkshire whilst maintaining their philosophy of supporting local companies with a workforce within easy reach of their premises. The branches are strategically placed to ensure that they can support each other with the needs of clients and candidates alike.
Investigations into a further two potential branch openings has begun, with the aim of opening at least one new branch per year to assist with their target of £25m turnover by 2020.Turnover has increased every year by an average of 29%, resulting in a record year of £15m in 2015.

Essential will be increasing internal recruitment to facilitate the growth, with the aim of increasing by at least 60% over the next five years. There will be opportunities for experienced recruiters and people new to the industry whilst maintaining the development of all staff thus ensuring internal promotion.
