We’ve always maintained that a vital part of our recruitment process is meeting candidates face-to-face – and even through a Pandemic, we’ve done everything we can to ensure we still do this!
We’ve conducted interviews in person where possible, and where not, we’ve in interviewed via video call.
However – as of Monday 12th April we will begin to bring Candidates back into the office for face-to-face interviews!
Be assured, we are fully prepared for this change with:
- Protective screens
- Observing social distancing
- Temperature checks
- Using sanitizer as required
- Cleaning down interview rooms between appointments
- Wearing face coverings until sat at the screens
- Only one candidate in the office at a time
We’re so grateful to be able to resume meeting our candidates in the office so we can get to know each other properly!
