Our Derby branch transitioned into Temporary Recruitment in January 2016, and is now celebrating their first successful Temporary to Permanent placement.

Lockstitch Machinist Jasmina Da Silva began her permanent role with the Derby-based company on the 18th of April.

Branch manager Rebecca says “I am extremely proud of Jasmina, she has been a fantastic candidate and an excellent representative for Essential Recruitment. This placement is especially exciting for the Derby branch as it marks the beginning our our success in the City centre!”

Rebecca visited Jasmina in her new workplace to deliver chocolate goodies and our ‘Certificate of Permanent Employment’.
