What You’ll Be Doing
Mixing and prepping ingredients (a dash of this, a pinch of that)
Running production lines like a pro
Packing and labelling finished goods
Performing quality checks to keep standards high
Keeping machines clean and in tip-top condition

4 on, 4 off shift pattern – enjoy 4 days off together on a regular basis!
Rotating days and nights for variety
Pay rise to £14.47ph after 12 weeks
Temp to perm contracts – some have gone permanent even faster than 12 weeks with a great attitude and work ethic!
Life Insurance
Death in service cover equals 5 times your salary paid out to those you nominate.
Additional Annual Leave
- Increased annual leave based on the length of service
- Increases at 2 years service, 5 years then every 5 years
- At 25 years service you will receive 43 days annual leave
