We have recruited for permanent hires since day one, however the pandemic saw a huge shift in how companies hired workers, due to the availability of the candidate market. We found hiring straight permanent enabled us to combat the shortage of job seekers companies were facing, hence our dedicated permanent division was born.

Our access to CV searching facilities enables us to filter searches by specific skills and spec in suitable candidates to you. We can approach passive candidates, who may not be actively looking for work, but would suit your requirements and may be open to the right opportunity. 

Hiring Reports

We can generate hiring reports to provide you with current market information including salary benchmarks, number of available candidates in the market, how many competing employers you are advertising against and much more.

Sponsored Adverts

We can allocate a portion of our advertising budget to sponsor your adverts to reach more available job seekers and boost your job listing on job boards.

Additional Support:

We are still available to provide support to you and your successful candidate after the candidate has accepted the position within your company. We will offer the role to the candidate as instructed by you, and then provide support with:

 

  • Maintaining contact with you and your candidate
  • Gaining feedback from you and your candidate
  • Managing your candidate through their first few weeks and months
  • Maintaining your positive experience of Essential and your candidate

1. Upfront payment

Choose to pay a one off fee.

 

2. Split the cost

Or split the cost of your hire over a period of up to 3 months. Splitting the cost would void the rebate period, however if the candidate leaves, the remaining debt would be cleared. Choose the option that suits you best:

 

  • Monthly invoicing
  • Fortnightly invoicing
  • Weekly invoicing
Rebate Scheme

Rebate schemes are available, so if a candidate was to leave and we have an agreement in place, we will arrange your rebate fee and start the process again.
