Production Operative – Weekends

Due to continued expansion, we are looking for experienced and motivated Production Operatives to join a friendly and growing team based in Carlton. If you’re not afraid to get stuck in and enjoy working in a hands-on environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Shifts:

• Friday, Saturday & Sunday shifts only – great work-life balance!
• Day Shift (6am – 2pm): £13.13 per hour
• Afters Shift (2pm – 10pm): £13.83 per hour
• Night Shift (10pm – 6am): £14.53 per hour

Main Duties:

• Stacking pallets safely and securely
• Maintaining cleanliness and general hygiene across the production area
• Carrying out manual handling duties including re-working pallets
• Working on a production line, ensuring high standards of cleanliness for pallets and equipment
• Quality checking stock before despatch
• Loading and unloading stock from wagons
• Supporting general upkeep of the production environment
• Being available for standby shifts when required

Requirements:

• Ability to work effectively on your own initiative and under pressure
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work
• Hardworking and reliable team player
• Previous experience in a physically demanding or production-based role
• Experience within a similar environment preferred
