Warehouse Supervisor – Mechanical Background Required

Pay: £13.75 per hour

Hours: Monday–Thursday Between 6am–6pm (10–12 hour shifts) / Friday: 6am–3pm or 8am–2pm

Location: Doncaster

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor with a strong mechanical background to join our team within a fast-paced machine operated production environment. The ideal candidate will be confident overseeing day to day operations, maintaining equipment, and ensuring production targets are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse and production operations to ensure daily KPIs are met
• Carry out daily checks and conduct routine maintenance on machinery
• Perform minor mechanical adjustments and basic fault-finding
• Support smooth workflow across the warehouse, ensuring safety and efficiency
• Lead by example and maintain high operational standards

About You

• Previous experience in a similar supervisory or lead role
• Strong mechanical knowledge within a production background
• Confident in conducting equipment checks, troubleshooting, and minor repairs
• Excellent communication, organisation, and team-leadership skills
