Are you an experienced order picker looking for your next opportunity?

We are currently seeking reliable and enthusiastic Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and well‑established team in Derby.

These positions offer immediate starts and the potential for ongoing, long‑term work for the right candidates.

Please note: Previous warehouse experience is essential, and you must be able to commute for 6am starts and rotating shifts.

Shift Patterns

Rotating shifts, Monday to Friday:

  • 6:00am – 2:00pm
  • 2:00pm – 10:00pm

 

Hourly Rates

  • Day shift: £12.71 per hour
  • Afternoon shift: £14.62 per hour
  • Overtime: Time and a half or double time (depending on hours worked)

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Picking and packing orders
  • Using handheld scanners
  • Packing products securely and accurately
  • Locating items on racking
  • Carrying out general warehouse duties as required

 

Skills and Experience Required

  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred
  • A good level of written and spoken English
  • Basic maths skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
