Warehouse Operative with Forklift Counterbalance, Pontefract

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Operative with a Forklift Counterbalance and Bendi licence to join a busy logistics company with immediate starts, on a temporary to permanent basis.

Pay Rate:

• £14.50 per hour

Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 8am to 5pm

Contract:

• Temporary to permanent

Duties:

• Use forklift counterbalance and bendi truck
• Movement of stock and pallets around the warehouse
• Ensuring all stock is correctly labelled and identifiable
• Other general warehouse duties as required
• Load and unload goods, assisting with goods in and out, movement of stock within the warehouse
• Completion of paperwork as and when required
• Prepping goods for despatch and labelling stock when needed
• Assisting with loading and unloading of containers (handballing)
• General cleaning and upkeep of the warehouse
• Various other warehouse duties when needed

Requirements:

• Experience working in goods out
• In house or accredited forklift counterbalance licence and bendi licence accepted
• Physically fit due to the nature of the role
• Positive ‘can do’ attitude and willing to work
