Warehouse Operative – Flexi Forklift

We are currently looking for an experienced Warehouse Picker with a Flexi Forklift Licence to join a fast growing warehouse and manufacturing facility based in Tankersley, Barnsley on an ongoing basis.

You will be working towards a long-term career offering huge scope for personal progression. In this role you will be completing a variety of duties from movement of stock using a forklift to stock counting and general warehouse duties. If you’re looking for something long term and have a minimum of 6 months picking experience, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Details:

• Long term work available
• Immediate starts available

Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 8am to 5pm

Pay Rate:

• £12.71 per hour

Main duties of the job:

• Movement of stock and pallets around the warehouse with Forklift truck
• Consolidation of stock and pallets
• Ensuring all stock is correctly labelled and identifiable
• Updating stock movements and related information in our database
• Stock counting
• General warehouse duties as required

Skills required:

• Minimum of 6 months picking experience would be required
• Candidates must hold a valid Flexi Forklift licence
• Physically fit due to the nature of the role
• Positive ‘can do’ attitude and willing to work
• In house assessment completed
