Warehouse Operative – Twilight – South Normanton

We are currently seeking warehouse operatives to join a team based in South Normanton. We are looking for individuals with a flexible approach, as the afternoon shift is the busiest time of the day.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 1pm, 4pm or 6:30pm until finish (typically midnight).
Candidates must be willing to work 10 or 12-hour shifts, depending on the needs of the business.

Contract: Temporary Ongoing

Pay Rates:

• Up to 6:00 PM: £12.71
• 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM: £12.71
• 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM: £12.71
• After 10:00 PM: £15.07

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately paper picking a variety of products
• Packing goods securely for dispatch
• Operating efficiently on the conveyor line
• Replenishing stock and ensuring proper stock rotation
• Handling goods with care to maintain quality and reduce damage
• Performing other general warehouse duties as required

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is beneficial, especially in high-volume or fast-paced settings
• Experience using handheld scanners or similar warehouse technology is advantageous
• Familiarity with the Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS) is highly desirable
• Good attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to work flexible, full time hours
