• Ongoing work with the potential for a permanent contract after 12 weeks. In some cases, permanent roles may be offered even sooner, based on performance and attitude.
• Competitive pay:
  • Starting rate: Days £12.21 Nights £12.30
  • After 12 weeks: £14.47 per hour
  • Overtime available at up to £24.06 per hour
• Rotating shifts: 6am-6pm / 6pm-6am (4 on, 4 off)

Duties and Responsibilities:

As a key member of the production team, you’ll be working in either the sauce or blending department, where your primary duties will include:

• Mixing ingredients: You’ll prepare the ingredients for sauces and seasonings, ensuring consistency and quality by following detailed recipes.
• Running production lines: Operate production lines, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently, while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
• Packing finished products: Once the sauces and seasonings are ready, you’ll help pack and label them for distribution, ensuring they are properly sealed and meet regulatory standards.
• Quality control: Perform routine checks to monitor product quality and maintain cleanliness and safety across the production area.
• Maintenance support: Report any machinery issues and perform basic maintenance or cleaning tasks as required to keep production lines operational.
