Looking for a weekday warehouse role with consistent hours and weekly pay?
A busy warehouse team in Holbrook, Sheffield are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis. This Warehouse Operative role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has good attention to detail, and wants a stable Monday to Friday position.
In this role you will be performing general Warehouse Operative duties such as order picking, packing, labelling and preparing orders for dispatch. Any previous experience in a Warehouse Operative, Order Picker, Warehouse Packer or similar role is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.
Details and Benefits
- £12.87 per hour
- Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm
- 37.5 hours per week
- Weekly pay
- Holiday pay
- AWR pay and holiday entitlement after 12 weeks
Duties
As a Warehouse Operative, your day-to-day duties will include:
- Order picking lingerie and swimwear
- Packing customer orders accurately
- Checking stock levels and reporting discrepancies
- Labelling boxes ready for dispatch
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Following health and safety procedures
Skills Needed
This Warehouse Operative role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
To be successful as a Warehouse Operative, you will need:
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential – full training will be provided
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work at a fast pace
- Reliable and punctual attitude
- Good teamwork and communication skills
