Warehouse Operative, Rotherham

Due to continued increase in business, a warehouse team in the S65 area of Rotherham are expanding their team and looking for two Warehouse Operatives to join them on an ongoing basis.

In this role you will be performing general Warehouse Operative duties, such as picking, packing boxes, labelling, shrink wrapping and unloading deliveries. We’re keen to speak to candidates with experience in a Warehouse Operative, Order Picker, Warehouse Packer or similar warehouse role.

Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 8am to 4:30pm

Pay Rate:

• £26,436.80 per annum

Main duties of a Warehouse Operative:

• You will be unloading deliveries as they come in (up to 25kg)
• You will be picking, banding and packing boxes for orders
• You will be labelling and taping boxes ready for despatch
• You will be stacking onto pallets
• You will be shrink wrapping and palletising orders
• Sorting stock in order from sheets

Skills Required for this Warehouse Operative position:

• You must be able to lift and move heavy stock (up to 25kg)
• You must be able to work efficiently and as part of a team
• Previous warehouse experience would be essential
